This month's recipe is ebi fry. Which is deep fried shrimp, unfortunately, this is not an original recipe, I am kinda copying Cooking With Dog's recipe.
You will need
shrimp, however many you want.
2 eggs
2 cups of Panko breadcrumbs (moist)
Cornstarch
1) De-vein shrimp well, removing both veins. Then throw into a bowl, add a tablespoon of cornstarch. Mix well. Then rinse it off in cold water.
2) Break the backbones of the shrimp so it is straight, this will prevent shrimp from curling.
3) Now whisks the eggs, and sprinkle a tiny bit of flour on shrimps, then dip in whisked eggs, then dip in the moist panko bread crumbs, then dip and egg and dip in panko crumbs again.
4) DEEP FRY!
5) Excess oil needs to be battered off.
6) Serve delicious shrimp!
